The most common questions we hear about scope, billing, cancellation, security, and how onboarding actually works.
AskElly.Ai ELLY Assistant is a subscription operations service that lives inside your team's WhatsApp group chat. Your team messages the group the way they normally do; ELLY prepares the work — follow-ups, CRM updates, documents, reports — pulls context from the tools you've connected, and executes actions after a written ✓ from an authorized owner.
WhatsApp is where most small-business teams already talk all day. There is no new dashboard, portal, or app to install. During onboarding you create (or designate) a dedicated WhatsApp group for operations and add the ELLY assistant number as a participant. That group becomes your operations command center.
Whoever you authorize — typically the owner(s), key operations staff, and the ELLY assistant number. You control the group's membership at all times inside WhatsApp itself and can add or remove participants whenever you choose.
No. ELLY only participates in the dedicated operations group you set up for the service. ELLY does not read your personal chats or any other WhatsApp group you belong to.
No. ELLY combines AI tooling with human approval workflows. External or regulated actions — sending client emails, updating a contract, submitting an invoice, moving a payment — require a written ✓ from an authorized owner in the WhatsApp group before they execute.
No. ELLY does not provide legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, lending, medical, insurance, or investment advice, and does not replace licensed professionals or brokerage supervision. Regulated advice remains the responsibility of the appropriate qualified professional on your side.
For realtor teams, ELLY can work with tools such as Lofty/CRM, ShowingTime, MLS/export workflows, Google Drive listing folders, and SkySlope when access is approved. ELLY also commonly integrates with WhatsApp, Gmail / Outlook, Dropbox / OneDrive, HubSpot / Salesforce / GoHighLevel, Asana / Trello / Notion, Google Calendar, and accounting/invoicing tools like QuickBooks and Wave. The exact stack is confirmed in your written onboarding scope through approved secure methods.
Yes. ELLY can support a referral partner program for approved referrers who introduce qualified businesses. Approved partners may earn $100/month recurring for Standard referrals or $200/month recurring for Enterprise referrals while the referred client remains active, current, and in good standing. Referral terms must be approved in writing by Royal Management before they are payable.
Realtors, business owners, operators, and trusted partners may refer potential clients. Referral attribution should be captured before contract/payment so Royal Management can track the source, confirm eligibility, and approve the referral plan for that client.
If WhatsApp itself is unavailable, ELLY queues incoming requests and delivers status updates by email to your authorized contacts until service is restored. Time-sensitive workflows can also be re-routed by email during the outage on request.
The service is $599/month for Standard or $899/month for Enterprise / Team, month-to-month. An optional setup or onboarding fee may apply depending on the scope you approve; if it applies, it is quoted in writing before you are charged. See the Pricing page and Billing & Autopay Terms.
Billing begins only after you approve your written onboarding summary, authorize recurring billing on the payment provider's secure page, and reach your confirmed go-live date. You are not charged during discovery or scoping.
You authorize client-authorized recurring subscription billing through a secure invoice or payment link issued by an approved third-party payment provider — Wave, GoCardless, Stripe, QuickBooks Payments, or another approved processor. You enter payment details on the provider's secure page, not on ours. We do not manually pull funds and we do not collect bank routing or account numbers directly on this website.
If a scheduled recurring payment fails, we will notify your billing contact, the provider may retry the charge on its standard schedule, and the service may be paused until payment is successfully processed. See Billing & Autopay Terms, Section 9.
Send a written cancellation to support@askelly.ai from your authorized point of contact before your next billing anchor date. You will receive a written confirmation. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Subscription fees for the current billing month are generally non-refundable once that month has begun, because the service is performed continuously through the month. Refunds or credits are considered for duplicate/erroneous charges, material service failure by us, or an approved setup fee where setup work has not begun. Full detail is on the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Only through the methods you authorize during onboarding — OAuth connections, invited team seats with role-appropriate permissions, shared folders, data exports, or written per-task authorization. You can revoke access at any time.
No. Raw bank account information is not collected directly by AskElly.Ai through this website. Payment method details are entered on the secure page of an approved third-party payment provider, which stores that information under its own compliance framework.
Sensitive account access is handled only through approved secure tools, OAuth flows, encrypted shared drives, or written per-task authorization. See the Privacy & Data Handling page for the full policy.
Most engagements go live within one to two weeks of the discovery call, depending on how quickly you can provision access to the tools in your scope. There is no charge during discovery or scoping.

Yes. Reasonable in-scope adjustments are included in your subscription. Changes that materially expand scope are quoted in writing before they take effect.
